How Does J.C.Technologies Operate?
Each J.C.Technologies company is a distinct legal entity with it own Board of Directors and business management team. Start-ups are scheduled to become independent within two to three years.
J.C.Technologies carefully screens projects and, upon acceptance, provides the right conditions to develop the projects into independent, successful, high-growth companies. Scientists and engineers, many of whom are leading authorities in their fields, are matched with professional business counterparts. Thus, each project is guided by a fully integrated team of business, technical and scientific experts.
To advance them towards success, J.C.Technologies provides the infrastructure needed to move from mere proposal to final product and commercialization. J.C.Technologies provides the start-up companies with:

Patir Group (Industrial Incubator)
The Industrial Incubator structure was jointly developed with Israel's Ministry of Industry and Trade and has been set up with the express purpose of integrating new immigrant scientists and engineers into Israeli industry. New immigrants, mainly from the former Soviet Union, bring with them a vast amount of knowledge and new ideas. However, they are not yet familiar with the process of business development and financing. The Ministry provides approved Incubator projects development funding for a two-year period that includes 85% of salary, equipment and other project expenses and part of administration costs.
This support provides J.C.Technologies with significant leveraging of its investments in early stage Patir companies.
The Industrial Incubator program not only helps the new immigrants build their own company but also gives them the social activities so necessary for their successful integration into Israel society.
Several of the Patir companies have successfully advanced to J.C.Technologies Companies Group and other Patir companies are moving rapidly toward commercialization, entering into joint market development and commercialization relationships with partners in Israel and abroad.
